Equipment sessions are by appointment. Mat sessions are open for drop-in. Call 253-472-7117.

 

Cancellation Policy

24-hour advance notice is required for cancellation of private lesson appointments or Refor./Cad. classes and open Gym. You will be charged for missed appointments. NO EXCEPTIONS.

 

Attending Sessions

Be prepared to exercise barefoot or in socks. Wear comfortable clothing: tee-shirt and shorts or leggings, or a leotard. Please refrain from eating heavily at least two hours before your session. For others' comfort, please do not wear heavy perfume in class.
